Background
Strategic Mechanical was formed in May 1, 2004 by former employees of Champion Industrial Contractors-Fresno Branch. Most employees of the former company were retained and still work for the firm. Strategic management represents 135 years of mechanical and engineering experience. Strategic maintains its versatile capabilities. With the recent addition of a 40,000 sq. ft. fabrication facility, SMI can fabricate and install anything in the mechanical field whether piping, sheet metal or equipment. The company’s basic emphasis is industrial, institutional and energy projects and mechanical retrofits. We provide air conditioning and refrigeration service and Johnson Controls systems.
Over half of the company’s contract volume is performed Design/Build. Most of Strategic Mechanical customers are repeat customers who appreciate our level of professionalism, honesty and integrity.
